1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website at righthandai.agency or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and T&N Marketing LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), a Wisconsin limited liability company operating as Right Hand AI.

If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our website or services.

2. Services Description

Right Hand AI provides done-for-you AI phone answering, Local Service Ads (LSA) management, CRM automation, review management, and digital advertising services for local service businesses. Specific services are outlined in your service agreement or onboarding documentation.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time with reasonable notice to active clients.

3. Service Plans and Pricing

Our services are offered on a subscription basis with a one-time setup fee and a recurring monthly retainer. Current pricing is displayed on our website and is subject to change with 30 days written notice to existing clients.

• Setup fees are due upon signing and are non-refundable after setup work has commenced.
• Monthly retainers are billed in advance on a monthly basis.
• Late payments may result in service suspension after 10 days past due.

4. Term and Cancellation

Our services are provided on a month-to-month basis following the initial setup period. Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice sent to the contact information on file.

Upon cancellation:

• Services will continue through the end of the current billing period
• Setup fees are non-refundable
• Monthly fees already paid are non-refundable for the current period
• We will provide reasonable assistance to transition your phone forwarding back to your original setup

5. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during onboarding
• Notify us promptly of any changes to your business information, hours, or services
• Comply with all applicable laws, including call recording disclosure requirements in your jurisdiction
• Not use our services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any third-party rights
• Maintain the confidentiality of any account credentials provided to you
• Cooperate with our setup process and respond to reasonable requests within agreed timeframes

6. Call Recording Compliance

Our AI phone answering service may record and transcribe calls. You are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable federal and state laws regarding call recording, including but not limited to the Electronic Communications Privacy Act (ECPA) and Wisconsin Statute § 968.31.

We recommend consulting with legal counsel regarding your specific recording disclosure obligations. T&N Marketing LLC is not liable for your failure to comply with applicable recording laws.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of T&N Marketing LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Any content, data, or materials you provide to us for use in our services remains your property. You grant us a limited license to use such materials solely to provide the services described in your agreement.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific results will be achieved.

We make no guarantees regarding the number of calls answered, appointments booked, leads generated, or revenue outcomes. Results vary based on your business, market, and other factors outside our control.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, T&N Marketing LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to lost profits, lost revenue, or lost business opportunities.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to us in the three months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless T&N Marketing LLC and its members, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of our services, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Waukesha County, Wisconsin, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will provide at least 14 days notice of material changes via email to active clients. Your continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
